Servatur Casablanca Suites & Spa - Adults Only, Puerto Rico (Gran Canaria)

I had a very relaxing week at Servatur Casablanca. The west-facing views were stunning, especially during sunset, and the spacious room with a jacuzzi on the balcony was such a treat. However, the location involves a steep walk back from the beach and dining options at the hotel could be limited. Overall, it was a lovely stay worth considering, especially for a tranquil getaway.

I had a lovely stay overall, with the highlight being the amazing room which came with a whirlpool bath on the balcony and a cozy interior. The breakfast had a great selection, but the noise from the nearby commercial center was quite disruptive at times. Still, I found the rooftop bar a charming place to unwind and the massage at the spa was absolutely worth it. Overall, it's a relaxing spot despite a few bumps.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While I had some wonderful moments to enjoy, especially with the delightful breakfast and the fantastic rooftop bar, there were several drawbacks that need addressing, including the outdated rooms and some repetitive dining options. The staff was incredibly accommodating, making an effort to enhance the overall experience, which is definitely a highlight. However, the noise from ongoing construction and the limited seating areas left much to be desired.
